General

For the following terms, “we” and “our” will be how we refer to “Big Heart, Little Minds C.I.C.”

VALUES

Our values are Kindness, Respect, Responsibility and Resilience; these values underpin all the work that we do. Adults, and families are encouraged to follow these values whilst attending or participating in any of our services. We like to treat everyone/other children how we/our own children would like to be treated. We reserve the right to ask anyone - child or adult - to leave if their behaviour is likely to threaten the safety or enjoyment of others.

Attendance

Please notify staff - where possible - if you will be late or are unable to attend a class. We are a small, family run business and an unattended place could be given to another child/children.

We want to keep your children as safe & healthy as possible. For these reasons, please avoid bringing your child to a class if they are ill and at risk of infecting other children. We reserve the right to request a child leave our class if it is felt they are an infection risk to others. As an example, where a child has suffered from sickness and diarrhea, it is advised to avoid group activities for 48 hours.

ATTENDING

  1. Your online booking must have appropriate information about child’s needs &/or medical information, if applicable. It is important to us that we can support your child’s needs.

  2. We respect your choice and rights to consent/not consent to photographs of your child being taken and used for advertising purposes on behalf of our business.

  3. If adults are in attendance with their child/children they must stay in their care. We would love for you to participate together & kindly remind that child/children must be supervised at all times. You must not leave the building without child/children you care for being with you. The exception would be at a drop-off class or workshop.

  4. Items belonging to you are your responsibility throughout sessions. We do not take responsibility for anything missing and/or damaged.

  5. We would love for you to capture precious moments of/with your family having fun, but we ask you to respect that other families may not want to be in the photo, too. Please check first, or only capture your own child. If you take any photographs of your child and you are happy to have them shared to our social media/website please email them to us. Alternatively, please share to your social media page and tag @bigheartlittlemindswl.

Bookings, Cancellation & Refund Policy

Class bookings can be made via our online booking system “Bookwhen.”

In the unlikely event that we should have to cancel a class, we will give you as much warning as possible via Social Media, email or mobile. Where possible we will endeavour to reschedule the class, allow you to attend another class for free, or offer you a full refund.

Refunds

Class bookings are non-refundable, which you are notified when payment is requested. The only exception is in the event that we as a business have to cancel your class.

We thank you for your support and understanding. This is a small, non-profit organisation.
