Little Minds 2.5 - 4 yrs
£8 PER CLASS | £30 PER BLOCK BOOKING
Tuesdays 1.45-2.45pm | Fridays 10 - 11am
Little Minds are dropped off by their grown up to play in a safe and nurturing environment.
They will participate in activities based on our 4 part approach: Taking a Breath, Emotion Awareness, Using our Senses and Being Kind, which will support the development of skills such as inhibition, working memory, mental flexibility and taught tools to support emotional and attention regulation.
Activities are facilitated by our ‘Hearts’ and led by Little Minds on the day. They are given the space and time to learn and shape their developing brains,
All your Little Mind is required to bring is a small snack.
Blocks of 4 week Little Mind classes can be booked for £30. Blocks run on a month-to-month basis and can be booked prior to the block commencing.

Mini Minds 1 - 2.5 yrs
£7.50 PER CLASS | “POP-UP” CLASSES
Ever wondered why your Mini Mind has repetitive or particular behaviours such as watching the washing machine spin or throwing their dinner plate? This class will provide you with information to support your understanding of your child’s development and particular behaviours, all through fun, free-play activities.
All you are required to do is dress your Mini Mind in suitable clothes for exploring, playing and bring them along.
PLEASE NOTE:
Please dress your Mini Mind in appropriate clothes for playing and crawling along the floor and be ready to have lots of fun!
This class was on hold from March 2020 as the nature of the class requires adults and children to be in close proximity. We returned in October, check the next dates available on our Social Media or here.
Baby Minds 0 - 12m
£7 PER CLASS / DISCOUNT FOR BLOCK
WEDNESDAYS 10 - 10.40AM
Baby Minds is for parent to attend with their baby and planned around supporting the development of the Baby Mind… but supporting Mummy Mind, also!
Activities are fun, nurturing and explore a variety of experiences. Babies are welcome from birth, but participation in activities is at the discretion of the caregiver.
Our ‘Hearts’ are parents before they are educators and take Perinatal and Postpartum Mental Health very seriously. We understand it can be difficult and urge you to join us if you are feeling isolated, alone or overwhelmed. Should you need someone to talk to, please don’t hesitate to reach out. If we don’t have the answers, we will support you in finding someone who does.

FREE / VARIOUS LOCATIONS
Are you experiencing very little adult interaction? Are you at home with a baby, toddler or child sometimes? Do you need to get out the house and pass some time? Do you want to speak to someone relatable?
Whatever stage of parenting you are at, you’re welcome to our NEW MUMMY MINDS, currently running in Tot Spot, East Calder & Aerial Adventures Soft Play in The Centre Livingston (and more venues, soon!).
Remember, at BHLM “Mummy” refers to any caregiver.
All we want is to provide a safe space, for you to get out the house and be with other relatable people.
We are living in times where it is easier to vent and share feelings on social media - we want to bring it back to face-to-face interactions. We are humans, we thrive on connection.
